Timothy and Teresa Snelgrove founded Snelgrove Associates in 1997 and are both experienced venture-backed entrepreneurs, focused on recruiting management for small cap companies.

Teresa Snelgrove

Teresa Snelgrove has a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto where she developed one of the very first structural analysis software packages. She also has a M.Ed. in counselling psychology from the University of Toronto and spent a number of years teaching at several Ontario Universities including the University of Toronto, and the University of Western Ontario. Teresa’s specialty is recruiting senior Information Technology and Life Science professionals for small cap companies.

Timothy Snelgrove

Timothy Snelgrove has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He and Teresa founded Timothy’s Coffees, now with over 100 locations across Canada. He spent over ten years as a Partner with The Caldwell Partners International, followed by several years venture investing with MDS Capital. Timothy was also Chairman and CEO of two privately held companies. Having been both an entrepreneur and a financier of entrepreneurs, he is well equipped for his focus of senior executives for small cap companies.

Lori Wood

Lori Wood is a research professional with over twenty years experience in executive search. She began her career at The Caldwell Partners International where she specialized in Financial Services as well as other sectors. Though she has a wealth of experience in the corporate world, her real strength is in small cap companies and venture capital sectors. She knows the entrepreneurs and their investors, understands their personalities and is a valued resource to the practice.
