How We Work:

We work independently with a small group of clients, consequently:

• We have none of the client conflicts of larger search firms, where the ideal candidate is often "off-limits".
• We give clients full attention with a minimum of messages and voice mail.
• All candidate interviews, client contact, and reference checks are with us, not delegated to juniors or a third party researcher.
• We emphasize original research rather than "file searches" since the ideal candidate is often happy in their current job, and not in a recruiter’s files.
